Who will be cleaning my home?
A regularly assigned fully trained Cleaner will clean your home. All employees are neat and clean,Bonded, WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) insured and Insured to protect you, the client against damages.. Our Cleaning Professionals will not eat, smoke or use any appliances while inside your home.
If there has been a Holiday or our schedule is full on a particular day we may send 2 cleaners if you agree. Our Cleaners are not allowed to work off the books for you according to our insurance policy and our contract with them.
How will our relationship work?
We know we must earn your trust and approval each time we visit your home. That is why Elite does not ask you to sign a contract. We depend on open communication and your honest evaluation of our service. We appreciate when you let us know how we can serve you better.
Do I need to sign a contract ?
No, Elite Cleaning does not require you to sign anything.
What time will Cleaners be at my home?
Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. While in most cases we will try to get to your house at close to the same time each cleaning day, but some days it may not be possible to give a specific time we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs.
What do I have to do before the cleaning?
So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items. It is a good idea to have a clothes hamper and a garbage container in each bedroom if possible.
What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, Elite Cleaning Service will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item, We are Fully Insured and a insurance claim will be filed if necessary.
Am I liable for worker's compensation, insurance or employment taxes?
NO. Many homeowners are not aware of their liability regarding work related injury for independent home-service workers. No need to worry, Elite takes care of all this for you.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No . ONLY Vacuum, and a small stool.
Do I need to be home when The Cleaners comes?
NO. Most of our customers are not home when we clean. Only the Professionals who will be cleaning your home will have access to your home. To insure added security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced and kept at the office except for cleaning day. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incure a lockout charge. If you need to cancell services You MUST call at least 24 hours In Advance
What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we do not work on Holidays. If possible we can send someone else on a different day that week but we can't make any promises we are very busy.
How do I pay for the service?
Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in an envelope (we will provide ) in the home, made payable to Elite Cleaning . Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit.

Your indoor pets:
Our housekeepers are all animal friendly and will not have a problem working around your pets and we will insure your indoor cat or dog stays inside. If you have a large, aggressive dog, we ask that you please separate the dog from the housekeepers while they clean
